Basic AC Installation

Applies only to wall mount split units; Back-to-back installation to a maximum height of 10 ft with 10 ft copper piping 1 core hole 2 ½ Inches in a wall with a thickness of 6 Inches Installation of drainpipe Installation of 10 feet power cable. Vacuum, pressure and confirm optimum operational function of the AC unit. An explanation of how to operate the unit if needed by the customer. For all installations to take place, there must be a 220V power supply and each power supply has a separate breaker per AC. If this is not present, recommend all our clients to have their power supply installed before the installation of their AC. We can also assist electrical installations of the 220V isolator or plug outlet.

Mini Maintenance Schedule

This service is highly recommended and effective for AC units that are constantly operational on a daily basis and will require regular maintenance. This service is done at least every 2 to 3 months. Wash evaporator coils, filters, blower wheel and free drainage of any sludge. This is all done by using coil cleaner, drain cleaner and water. Check refrigerant pressure, (adding refrigerant will be an additional cost). Overall check of the complete unit and provide an assessment report of any recommendations for maintenance on the unit.

Full Maintenance Schedule

Recommended biannually which is every 6 months for AC units which are used seasonally or periodically. Wash the filters, blower wheel, drain reservoir, evaporator coils, condenser coils and free the drainage of any sludge. This is done by the use of coil cleaner, drain cleaner and water. Check the refrigerant pressure (adding refrigerant will be an additional cost). Check the compressor and the fan motor voltage and amperage. General check of the complete unit and provide an assessment report on the unit.

Rust Proof Protection

This is recommended for newly installed units or units which has not developed rust as yet. The rust proof application protects the outdoor unit from outdoor elements such as sea sprays to prolong the life of the unit.

Rust proof protection can:

  • Prevent early replacement probability of your unit

  • Prevent high energy consumption

  • Prevent corrosion

  • Double the lifetime of your unit

This innovative protection is done by disassembling the condenser, applying the protection coating onto the condenser coils, panels, fan motor bracket and the base of the condenser.
